Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This DPA governs personal data processing when customers use InspectQC in regulated jurisdictions.

Under this arrangement, the customer is typically the controller and InspectQC acts as processor for tenant data.

Core Commitments

We process personal data only on documented instructions and apply technical and organizational safeguards.

We assist with data subject requests, breach notifications, impact assessments, and deletion/return on termination as required by law.

Subprocessors and Transfers

We may use vetted subprocessors for hosting, storage, and payment operations under contractual safeguards.

Where required, cross-border transfers rely on lawful transfer mechanisms.
