Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and InspectQC for use of InspectQC.

By creating an account, accessing, or using InspectQC, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Account and Tenant Responsibility

You are responsible for users in your tenant, credential security, and lawful use of the service.

You must ensure that uploaded content and inspection data are accurate, authorized, and compliant with applicable law.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with operation, probe vulnerabilities, or upload malicious code.

Use is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Fees and Billing

Paid plans renew according to your billing interval unless canceled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes.

Past-due invoices may result in service restrictions or suspension.

4. Data and Security

As between the parties, you retain rights in your tenant data. You grant us rights necessary to host, process, and secure the service.

Where required, the parties may enter into a Data Processing Addendum.

5. Warranties and Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages are excluded.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate according to plan terms. We may suspend or terminate for material breach or unlawful use.
